By applying for an internship through the CounselNavi platform, the applicant (“Student”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Platform Fee

The payment made at the time of application constitutes the CounselNavi platform fee. This fee is charged solely for access to the platform’s internship application feature and related services. It is not a placement fee and has no connection with the acceptance or rejection of the Student’s application by the internship provider (“Employer”).

2. No Employer Association

The platform fee is retained entirely by CounselNavi. The Employer offering the internship does not receive any portion of this payment, and CounselNavi does not act as an agent or intermediary for the Employer in any financial or contractual capacity.

3. Verification Responsibility

Before applying, the Student is solely responsible for independently verifying all details of the internship, including but not limited to the company’s legitimacy, role description, duration, remuneration, and conditions of engagement.

4. No Guarantee or Liability

CounselNavi makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability, authenticity, or quality of any internship posted on the platform. The decision to apply or participate rests entirely with the Student.

CounselNavi shall not be held liable for any dispute, loss, damage, misrepresentation, or dissatisfaction arising between the Student and the Employer, or for any matter relating to the internship itself.

5. Communication & Disputes

Any concerns, clarifications, or disputes concerning the internship must be addressed directly to the Employer that created and posted the opportunity. CounselNavi will not mediate or intervene in any such matter.

6. Acknowledgment

By proceeding with the payment and application, the Student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and accept full responsibility for their participation in the internship application process.
